Thank you for telling us about this! I mainly go to Petco where I call back they accept bad care of their animals. They only issue I have with chain pet stores is that dislike the mills that they get their animals from. This means that all the fish I buy from a store have bad genetics. Don't even become me started on where chain pet stores get their rodents from.

I appreciate knowing from a person on the ground. I have purchased supplies but not fish. I think some sales associates are not every bit dedicated as this individual is. I have seen dead fish in sales tanks.
